As an innovator and entrepreneur over 25 years, Mark Wilson has established new technology companies, businesses and brands, and improved the performance of others. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, project management, process optimisation, systems integration, field service software, business intelligence, software onboarding and training. Since 2009 Mark has worked in the renewable energy and energy efficiency industries and is familiar with all government schemes and programs designed to incentive the uptake of carbon-abating technologies. He is an active participant in the Energy Savings Industry Association (ESIA) and has extensive regulatory experience.

Greg Smart

Greg Smart is a highly experienced business and technology leader, having worked for a number of large Australian and international organisations, as well as smaller niche businesses across a variety of industries.  Over the past 25 years, he has delivered organisation-wide change programs, lead the deployment of emerging technologies, led business process improvement initiatives and managed operations teams. He has extensive experience in technology-driven strategy development, project delivery, process automation, data analytics and change management. He combines the experience of working as a senior technology and business operations leader with the analytical and practical mind of an engineer.

He also led the newly-created Customer Agreement Centre of Expertise, responsible for managing the end-to-end process for $500m of customer contracts and a staff of 35, reduced operating cost by 20% and increased staff engagement from 45% to 70%.

  • As Group Program Manager, replaced legacy reporting and analysis systems at Coca-Cola Amatil with a modern cloud-based self-service reporting and analytics capability for the Australian business.
